From fully self-managed to completely done for you - YOUR choice.
We've all done it. Bought the software, signed up for the service, and then got left to figure it out ourselves. No training. No one checking in. Just a login and good luck. Six months later, it's the tool nobody opens anymore.
That's exactly why every new client starts here.
For the first 3 months, our team helps build and run the platform alongside you - we don’t leave it up to you to do.
We thoroughly set up every module you chose - train your team on how to actually use it - and stay close enough to catch mistakes before they become problems. Three months — is roughly one full compliance cycle, long enough to see the system actually do its job instead of still learning how to operate it.
By the end of month three, you've lived it. You know what the platform does, what it saves you from, and how it runs day to day. From there, the choice is yours: self-manage and save, meet us in the middle, or keep the full support. No penalties, no lock-in — just a decision you make with real experience behind it.
You run the platform independently. Full access to all your selected modules — you set the pace, manage your own documents, and handle compliance tasks in-house.
You manage your modules day-to-day, with BizPort specialists available when you need a hand. Perfect for teams that are confident but want expert backup on call.
Our team works side-by-side with yours. We guide you through every module you've selected, help build your documents, run your first compliance cycles, and train your staff — together.
BizPort handles almost everything. Your compliance is managed, maintained, and monitored by our specialists — so you can focus entirely on running your business.
